A 50% rental deposit is due on booking. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit payment is made and confirmed by email. We do not ‘hold’ bookings so if the deposit payment is not paid within 48 hours we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
The final 50% payment is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival date, you will be sent an automated reminder when the final payment is due. When the final payment is made and confirmed by email you will receive a final confirmation with the arrival directions and key safe code.
If you make a late booking the full rental will be due.
A rental payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque and the payment details will be emailed to you in the booking details. For international bookings the BIC/IBAN bank details are on the booking forms. Please note that not all the cottages have the same payment details.
